    Snap it and book

    Choose a return or a delivery, add a photo if you like, the pickup and drop-off addresses, and your return label if you have one. A few minutes in the app.

  2. A map with the driver's route to the pickup, the notification “A driver has accepted your pickup request” and the status “Driver Assigned”.

    A driver accepts

    A nearby driver takes the request and you get a notification. From then on you can watch them on the map.
